I am the founder and managing partner of Redify LLC, a firm providing HR, OD and Transformational Leadership solutions to businesses. I am a results-driven, adaptable and goal-oriented senior business leader with over 25 years’ experience leading talent acquisition, human resources and organizational development in privately and publicly held companies of varying sizes and industries. I have had the privilege of accelerating the dynamic growth and profitability of organizations by creating and deploying innovative and practical management solutions that tap into the power of people.
With extensive operational and executive HR experience, I am an expert at creating solid people operations programs as well as exemplary work cultures. I have consistently focused on sharpening my leadership skills, business acumen and strategic planning which make me a great fit as an advisor to businesses looking to transform their HR teams into people operations powerhouses. I am a California native, born and raised in Los Angeles, now living in San Diego for over 11 years. Spending time with family is a priority, and there is nothing better than taking a quick trip to the beach with my wife, Irma, and two teenage daughters, Aleena and Tianna, to admire the beautiful San Diego coastline, especially at sunset. I love wine and sharing it with good friends over a delicious meal and good conversation. I am an avid motorcycle enthusiast, and you will find me riding my standard sport bike up and down the coast or riding my bagger through the San Diego backroads and wine country whenever I get the chance. I also love baseball, and enjoy watching Padres games, although I am still a Dodgers fan at heart.

I am the Lead Consulting Partner for Redify LLC, working closely with Ruben and our team in support of client work and projects. I have years of experience in banking, finance, project and grant management having worked at the Federal Reserve, Bank of America, Washington Mutual and non-profits throughout my professional career. I now focus on helping Redify LLC deliver a truly outstanding experience to our clients by managing our company operations and back-office support functions.
I work closely with our team behind the scenes to ensure client projects and work are tracking according to the project timeline. I also plug in and support ongoing projects by working on assessments, data-gathering and analysis or managing surveys and other tools used in our work
I will partner with our team throughout the engagement to ensure we meet our goal of delivering results and ensure our clients are truly delighted with the support they receive.
